The least physically strenuous of all our classes. (1 hr 15 min) Kids YogaKids aged 5-11 learn how to relax & gain self-esteem while improving flexibility, coordination, posture & strength. (1 hr) 6-week course requires pre-registration.
ZazenZen sitting concentration. Observing our posture & breathing, we let "body & mind drop off." (1 hr 15 min).
Introduction to Zazen. (contact us for dates) This three-hour workshop provides instruction in zazen (sitting concentration), kinhin (walking concentration) and Zen ceremony. A traditional monk's breakfast is provided, and participants can sit for the rest of the month free. The workshop is $30 and is limited to 7 participants. Register in advance.
